Zonta International is a leading global organization of professionals working to building a better world for women and girls since 1919.
Vision
Zonta International envisions a world in which women’s rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential.
In such a world, women have access to all resources and are represented in decision making positions on an equal basis with men.
In such a world, no woman lives in fear of violence.
Around 27,000 members belong to 1,133 Zonta Clubs in 63 countries. In 2019, we celebrated our 100th anniversary and the milestones that made us the organization we are today. Objects
The Objects of this club and of Zonta International:
(a) To improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women at the global and local level through service and advocacy.
(b) To work for the advancement of understanding, goodwill and peace through a world fellowship of members.
(c) To promote justice and universal respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
(d) To be united internationally to foster high ethical standards, to implement service programs, and to provide mutual support and fellowship for members who serve their communities, their nations and the world.

About Our Club
The Zonta Club of Bunbury Inc was chartered on 28th May 1988. Our Club is in District 23, Area 3 and is Club number 1194. Currently we have 45 members.
Meetings
Members attend dinner meetings on the third Tuesday of each month (except January) at 6.00pm for 6.30pm, presently at the Highway Hotel in Bunbury. From time to time, club meetings are held at a member's home.
